PETROTEL-LUKOIL Refinery informs you that starting with February, 25-th 2017, until 5-th of April 2017 a planned shutdown is taking place within refinery.
Maintenance work and investment to increase technological reliability, environmental safety and improvements of energetic consumption are main targets of this shutdown.
